I'm getting back on track for sure, though I had a couple of higher calorie days. Overall I'm pleased as all but 1 lb of vacation weight is gone and I'm thinking that the 2 weeks off may have been a good thing in the long run. It showed me that I can eat normally to deflect suspicion without slipping into COE. :-)

I'm on a plateau. Not a huge surprise, as my body seems to have done this 4 times over the last 6 months or so. In the past they have lasted up to 3 weeks. I hope this one busts through as I have a personal goal to be 145 by Sept 30th. I have been good about restricting, relatively. I won't bother with my BMI etc since it hasn't changed. :-( I'm also getting a cold. That could go either way with the weight loss.

Okay so going on vacation for two weeks was murder!
I felt lost, and so fat. I have been breaking the rules a bit. The three days before vacation I had a water fast, because I knew my mom was going to be watching me like a hawk, which she did.( Read more...Collapse )

Well, since my hair started falling out, I started upping my calories a little. On the reverse side, the pool closed, so I lost a large source of calorie burning activity. I will have to get more creative, I guess.

Hey girls, just wanted to letcha all know that I'm gonna have to drop out for this week and possibly the next week, I'm doing a water fast so I wont be able to take in any calories. I'll still post my result on friday so you all can see how I'm doing, right now I'm 217, down from my 222 on friday, yay! But yeah, I'm off now. Bye!

Here's a meal plan I've come up with for myself once I stop fasting. Thought I would post it incase anyone else wants to try it.
yogurt (approx 70-200 cals depending on what kind you get)
½ cup cottage cheese (70 cals) w/ ½ cup canned peaches or pears (60 cals)
I slice toast = 70 cals
1 tblsp margarine = 50 cals
1 tblsp jam = approx 40 cals
8 oz orange or apple juice = 110 cals
1 cup lettuce (30 cals)
½ cup tomato (20 cals)
½ cup cucumber (7 cals)
2 tblsp non-fat salad dressing (approx 50 cals depending on what kind you get)
Salad (see above)
1 baked potato (220 cals) w/ 2 tblsp sour cream (60 cals) and 1 tblsp margarine (50 cals)
1 grilled chicken breast/thigh no sauces (130-180 cals)
If you make sure to work out everyday for an hour or so it should work pretty nicely...
Alright. Hi everybody! Its a pleasure to be a participant in this competition. This will have to be my starting post, with my stats etc... I am unfortunately going on vacation on the 20th. So I will post on the thursday of next week for my progress, and I will continue abiding by the rules on my vacation. (If I can aviod my mother) Hopefully we will see a huge difference by then.

As far as calories go for this week I now for a fact that it was 3248, *hides head in shame*.
I try to exercise atleast 8 hrs a week but only manged 6 hrs.
Hopefully burned 2500 cals, I think my adding is off on that one.
Well, I'm happy to be a part of this, I am very competitive and this is good motivation. Hope to hear good news from all of you!
